3/16/2019—Cherry Blossom Festival Day

Starting at 10 a.m., ended at 2 p.m., Salem had the Cherry Blossom Festival Day at the Oregon State Capitol on March 16, 2019.

Despite there not being cherry blossoms, people gathered to celebrate Japanese culture with musical performances, merchandise and food.
