3/16/2019—Cherry Blossom Festival Day
Starting at 10 a.m., ended at 2 p.m., Salem had the Cherry Blossom Festival Day at the Oregon State Capitol on March 16, 2019.
Despite there not being cherry blossoms, people gathered to celebrate Japanese culture with musical performances, merchandise and food.

A little more explanation for the last bit, these are students from the Ugandan Choir Kids. This was their first show and demonstrated their amazing dance and song techniques with the crowd inside the Capitol.
