We are all humans, so it should make sense that we should stick together no matter the difference. Holding a grudge keeps us from accomplishing greater things and forces us to abide by laws our government made.

The very government, who failed us on numerous occasions, are being given new power to control our everyday lives. Forced to abide by laws, we’re being stripped of our basic human rights that makes us who we are.

Gun control, for instance, isn’t about spreading awareness, but it’s about taking our rights. Liberals, Democrats, and even our legislators are at fault. Standing up for our rights is important in ensuring that our own government can’t go rouge.

It’s happening right now, as we are busy fighting, legislators are swooping in to pass laws that aren’t in our best interests. Recently, a bike tax was introduced in Oregon. Since no one spoke against it, we’re being taxed more heavily because of the ignorance of a few.

Censorship has flourished. We’re constantly bombarded with violating the terms of service in most sites. For instance, YouTube is being hit dramatically with this change, and forced to abide by popular requests, channels are being forced to shut down.

Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook isn’t doing well either. Being charged with selling personal data to Cambridge, he is forced to sit through trials to prove his innocence.

In a way, we’re being taken down from the inside. It’s not just people in the U.S. who are affected, but in many developed countries such as the United Kingdom, Norway, people are forced to abide by unjust laws and legislation.

It’s time for a change, we’re being overrun by a government that is hurting us. We’re failing ourselves, and letting people dictate what we do with our minds and bodies. No more will we stand idle and let people control us. It’s time to stand together for the good of humanity!
